Here we have a selection of plastic dollies, ideal for easy movement of larger quantities of stacking containers and boxes. Made from tough polyethylene with a crevice free solid base design, which can withstand harsh working environments. They feature retaining lip on all four sides to hold trays and boxes in place, and have open corner drainage points.

Plasrack solid base dollies are made from one single solid piece of plastic. They will not puncture and can be fabricated to suit any size tray, box or container, without the need for special moulding and are less bulky in size than other moulded designs.

Plastic solid base dollies are suitable for use in cold rooms and freezers, as well as all general purpose dry goods and warehouses. They offer superior strength, suitable to hold up to 250kg.

The benefits of using plastic dollies over metal ones, are they will never rust or corrode, as they have no coating on them to breakdown over time. In addition, the smooth plastic surface is extremely easy to clean. 

Plastic dollies are fitted with strong castors, either 4 swivel or 2 fixed, 2 swivel polypropylene wheels. If you have any specific wheel requirements, such as low noise non-marking rubber wheels, we can accommodate this.

All solid base plastic dollies are available with either BZP castors fitted, for all general low care use. As well as Stainless Steel castor option for the more harsher & wetter environments, ideal for high care use in food production factories.
